Privacy policy and data protection

1. APPLICABLE LAW

The practices of www.flawlesslashesbyloreta.ch represented by their partner IEL DISTRIBUTION Laetitia El Baqqaly in terms of data processing are subject to the Federal Law on Data Protection of 19 June 1992 (RS 235.1) as well as the related ordinance of 14 June 1993 (RS 235.11).

2. COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The website www.flawlesslashesbyloreta.ch collects personal data (e.g. name, surname, company name, e-mail address, telephone number and business address) of users, which are entered when registering as a customer and/or when ordering products in the online shop during an order:

  • order management (including invoicing),
  • debt collection,
  • management of the customer database,
  • internal analyses (including statistics),
  • basket analysis,
  • sending newsletters and other direct marketing purposes, including advertising (e.g. by e-mail, telephone, mail),
  • personalisation of advertisements and product offers on the website.
  • personal data will not be passed on to third parties. 

When the website is accessed, access data (date and time of access, pages and products accessed, etc.) are also stored. However, this data is not evaluated in relation to the respective person. The data is analysed anonymously for statistical purposes, for example to determine the number of accesses per day.

3. TRANSMISSION OF PROFESSIONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

The data collected is transmitted to the transporters, namely the Swiss Post, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. For payment management purposes, IEL DISTRIBUTION Laetitia El Baqqaly transmits the payment data to its bank. The latter only processes personal data in the context in which IEL DISTRIBUTION Laetitia El Baqqaly is authorised to process them.

4. USER RIGHTS

On request, IEL DISTRIBUTION Laetitia El Baqqaly shall communicate to the user all the personal data of the user collected, including the available information concerning the origin of the data, the purpose of the processing, the persons involved in the processing and the recipients of the data. The user may at any time demand the complete or partial deletion of his/her professional data collected by IEL DISTRIBUTION Laetitia El Baqqaly. If the user concerned expressly asks IEL DISTRIBUTION Laetitia El Baqqaly to no longer process his professional data, IEL DISTRIBUTION Laetitia El Baqqaly will renounce any further processing and will no longer send him any advertising or newsletters.

5. DATA CONTROLLER

The person responsible for the file is IEL DISTRIBUTION Laetitia El Baqqaly, Rue des Moulins 4, CH-2072 Saint-Blaise. The management of IEL DISTRIBUTION Laetitia El Baqqaly will answer any question relating to data protection and the rights of the user at the address indicated above.

6. SAFETY MEASURES

IEL DISTRIBUTION Laetitia El Baqqaly uses technical and organisational security measures in order to ensure adequate protection of the professional data collected by IEL DISTRIBUTION Laetitia El Baqqaly against any unauthorised access, any improper use, any accidental or intentional manipulation, any loss or destruction. The technical security measures are regularly checked and, if necessary, adapted to technological progress.
