IEL DISTRIBUTION Laetitia El Baqqaly, entreprise individuelle dont le siège social est situé à la Ruelle William-Mayor 2, 2000 Neuchâtel, est chargée du commerce import-export de tout produit aidant à mettre en valeur la beauté et le bien-être ainsi que du service de vente à distance des produits de la boutique en ligne, par le biais du site internet www.flawlesslashesbyloreta.ch, en partenariat avec la marque Flawless Lashes by Loreta.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

The present "General Conditions of Sale" online and of delivery apply to all business concluded between the client and IEL DISTRIBUTION Laetitia El Baqqaly through the internet site www.flawlesslashesbyloreta.ch.

THE ORDER

Orders can be placed from the website: www.flawlesslashesbyloreta.ch. Several validation screens allow the customer to go back over his order. Thus, the order will only be definitively recorded at the last validation, the acceptance click which has the value of a signature. The order will only be effective when the banking payment centres have given their agreement to the transaction in question. In case of refusal of the said centres, the order will be automatically cancelled. IEL DISTRIBUTION Laetitia El Baqqaly only delivers the different products in the shop while stocks last. The system blocks the possibility of ordering in case of unavailable stocks.

Il n’y a pas de minimum de commande. Cependant la livraison est offerte en Suisse à partir de CHF 250.- d’achat.

PRICE

The prices of the products are indicated in CHF (Swiss Francs) and the value added tax, if applicable, is displayed in the final invoice. The latest prices apply. We reserve the right to make changes.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

IEL DISTRIBUTION Laetitia El Baqqaly requires a prepayment to carry out and send the orders to the client. The accepted methods of payment are the bank cards mentioned on the website www.flawlesslashesbyloreta.ch, namely : VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. The delivery times are the usual postal delivery times.

PLACE OF DELIVERY

DELIVERY METHOD

PACKAGING AND DELIVERY COSTS

CLAIMS

If the original packaging is damaged, torn or open, the condition of the items should be checked upon delivery. Products with a defect must be returned to us within 10 working days of delivery and will be replaced free of charge. FORCE MAJEURE

IEL DISTRIBUTION Laetitia El Baqqaly shall not be held responsible for any failure to fulfil its contractual obligations in the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances: war, disaster, fire, floods,...; in general any event that does not allow the proper execution of orders.

APPLICABLE LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION

The present conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Swiss law. The parties, on the one hand: the customer and on the other hand: the company IEL DISTRIBUTION Laetitia El Baqqaly, expressly agree that any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Canton of Neuchâtel, Switzerland. The place of jurisdiction is Neuchâtel, Switzerland.
